Pilgrims in Galicia
Travelers and pilgrims who are in Galician territory these days can continue their stay without spending the night in perimeter town halls.
For the autonomous communities confined perimeter (case of Castilla y León), pilgrims who are in them will be able to follow their caminoWhile those who intend to enter a confined community will have to take a direct means of transport to Galicia (Pedrafita do Cebreiro).

Increasing restrictions and confinements
Confinements and restrictions in cities and entire Autonomous Communities: Navarra, Ponferrada, La Rioja, Logroño, Lugo, Santiago de Compostela ... COVID-19 is advancing across the country causing new perimeter closures and increased meeting and schedule restrictions.

León and San Andrés de Rabanedo confined
The Association of Municipalities of Camino de Santiago has managed to get the Junta de Castilla y León to charter as of today (9 Oct 2020) a daily bus at 09: 00h that connects Mansilla de las Mulas and La Virgen del Camino to solve the problem of confinement of the city of León y San Andrés de Rabanedo.

The bus will be free for pilgrims they present their credential and it will go out from the Mansilla de las Mulas bus station with destination Virgin of the Camino.

Mandatory masks throughout the Camino

We are going to have to get used to seeing how all pilgrims are wearing a mask. You have to wear it even when we are walking or sitting in a hospitality establishment where can only be removed for specifically drinking or eating.
Safety in the establishments of the Camino
Back to the new normal, all establishments must adopt hygienic-sanitary measures to avoid as far as possible the spread of COVID-19.

It is done available on the app a register of establishments (hostels, restaurants, etc.) who have adopted anti-COVID-19 measures with a detailed relationship of these measures for each establishment.
Recommendations during Camino

In each establishment there must be signage with recommendations. Some of them will be establishment-specificothers will be general for all Camino.
